Add your approach, areas of focus, and session fee. Your profile shows clients who you are and what you work with.

Open slots on your schedule whenever you have capacity, whether a last-minute cancellation or planned availability.

When a client is matched to you, you receive a summary of their intake before confirming. You always have the right to decline.

Sessions take place on Hearby's encrypted video platform. No third-party tools required. 45 minutes, focused.

Payment is triggered automatically when the session ends. Direct deposit via Stripe Connect, typically same or next business day.

For clients

Answer a short set of questions about what you're looking for, your current situation, and availability. Includes a safety screen.

Hearby identifies available therapists that fit your intake. You see their profile, approach, and fee before confirming.

Book your slot. Payment is collected at the time of booking. You'll receive a confirmation and a link to your session.

Join your session directly from the Hearby platform. No app download required. Works on desktop and mobile.

After the session, you receive a detailed receipt you can submit to your extended health benefit plan.

Under the hood

All sessions use end-to-end encrypted video hosted on Canadian infrastructure.

Every data flow on the platform meets Ontario's health privacy legislation.

No clinical data ever leaves Canada. All storage and processing is domestic.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Direct deposit triggered on session completion.
